We cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colours and sizes may vary slightly from the pictures shown on this website.

MAIL ORDER
Bridgend Camping & Leisure mail order enables UK customers to buy camping, caravan and outdoor leisure products for delivery to any address within the UK mainland.
We aim to deliver the best possible customer service and therefore adhere to all the current and proposed legislation and trade body guidelines.
The conditions below do not affect your statutory rights according to United Kingdom law.
PAYMENT
All orders taken are positively credit card sanctioned prior to dispatch using secure e-payments in conjunction with HSBC banking.
Please ensure that the details you enter are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for any order that is held up as a result of incorrect data being forwarded to us.
No payment will be taken by us until the goods are ready for shipment to the customer.
All transactions are carried out on a secure server using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate encryption.
Payment can also be made by cheque, but the cheque must have cleared the system before we can dispatch the order.
This may take up to five working days, cheques should be made payable to Bridgend Camping & Leisure Ltd.
All prices quoted are in pounds sterling and include VAT at 17.5%. Our VAT No is, GB- 909-1452-28.
CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
If an order needs to be cancelled please contact us immediately.
If we are unable to fulfil an order we will contact you with an alternative or you may request to cancel the order.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days, starting from the day after you receive the goods. The goods must be returned to us within 7 days
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation at your own expense. Please remember to obtain proof of despatch certificate as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
We will refund you within 30 days of receipt of goods, less the carriage charge incurred in delivering the goods and any refund charges imposed by the
Credit Card Company.
All goods must be returned complete, unused and in the same prime condition as received, together with the original box and packaging in an undamaged
and re-saleable condition. You must take care of the goods whilst in your possession. No refund will be issued until the goods have been received and inspected by us.
COMPLAINTS
Please contact us immediately so we may fairly deal with any complaint you may have. We endeavour to rectify any complaint within five working days,
