Q. Can I order anything from your website?
A. Basically yes, but we cannot send inflammable material such as gas canisters. We also, do not send leisure batteries or trailers by courier simply due to weight restrictions and therefore these items are only available in store.
Q. How long will I have to wait for my delivery?
A. Deliveries normally arrive within 2-3 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Q. What if I am not happy with my purchase?
A. You may return any product to us as long as it has not been opened or used. You would be responsible for the delivery costs. If the product is fine on arrival back with us, a full refund less delivery costs will be made as per our Terms and Conditions of trading.
Q. When will payment be taken from my account?
A. No payment will be taken from your account until the product has been dispatched to you. This ensures that the product is actually in stock with us, and is shipped accordingly.

Q. Are all your products posted on your website?
A. No, not all of our products are listed on the site, we have many more products in store, sorry the list would just be too large.
Q. Can you obtain products not listed on your website or in store?
A. We will try to obtain any product you may be having difficulty finding as we have a very large supplier portfolio, and will do our best to help if we can. Please just ask.
